I ship worldwide from Spain.
Orders are dispatched on Saturday for Covid precautions. This means if you make a purchase on Saturday, it will be dispatched the next week.
Once you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email.
All orders are sent in 100% recycled and recyclable envelopes. You can read more about it here.
- You will get a notification email when your order is dispatched.
- I don't offer tracked shipping at the moment. This allows me to keep shipping rates as affordable as possible.
Local pickup is not available.

International orders can occasionally get delayed up to 4 weeks, especially during the current situation. Unfortunately, I don't have any control over the packages once they have been sent out. Your support and patience are very much appreciated!
REFUNDS & LOST ORDERS
- Since orders are shipped without a tracking number, I won't be able to know where your order is once it is sent out.
- If an order gets lost, I am happy to refund you the products' price (this doesn't include the postage cost, since it was used to cover shipping) or send a replacement.
- Please contact with me if it have passed more than 35 business days since your order was shipped.
If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately. I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address.
- I currently don't accept returns or exchanges.
- If your order comes back to me because they haven't been able to deliver it to you, we will reach out to you so we can figure out a way for you to receive it.
- If your order is damaged/missing something or you received the wrong item, I am happy to send you a replacement or a full refund. Please let me know via email on my contact page.
